Frenzel Equalization Maneuver Kickoff
Walk away with a clear understanding of how Frenzel equalization works, what it should feel and sound like, and how to start using it as you progress into deeper freediving. Learn to recognize proper Frenzel engagement, notice when equalization isn’t working, and adjust based on depth, pressure, body position, and environment for safer, smoother dives.

Build a strong basic depth diving foundation by learning the essential skills and knowledge required before progressing to deep diving and certification.
Proper Usage of Gears and Equipment
This session teaches freedivers to use their gear correctly and efficiently for safer, smoother dives. Freedivers learn how each piece of equipment supports movement, energy use, and controlled descents, while avoiding common mistakes. It also covers the basics of depth freediving angles, showing how alignment and setup work together for optimal performance.
Safety Buddying & Rescue Simulation
This session equips freedivers with the skills to buddy effectively and handle underwater emergencies with confidence. Freedivers practice their responsibilities, learn to spot trouble early, and execute realistic rescue techniques. Through hands-on simulation, they build the reflexes, awareness, and teamwork needed to keep themselves and their buddy safe during every dive.
Linya | Basics of Depth & Rescue is a preparatory level for divers ready to go beyond 10m. It builds your freediving skills, safety knowledge, and confidence, guiding you toward your first certification and helping you dive deeper with ease.
This program builds on your core freediving skills by introducing intermediate level techniques that help you dive comfortably between 10–20m. It focuses on improving your efficiency, control, and overall confidence underwater, ensuring you move smoothly and safely as you go to the deeper part of your journey.
In addition, the program includes rescue and safety simulations, giving you hands-on experience in managing underwater incidents. These exercises strengthen your awareness, decision-making, and preparedness, so you can dive with greater confidence and handle challenges beneath the surface.
