Silay - Pool Freediving Basics is an introductory freediving program designed to provide basic knowledge for pool freediving disciplines - Static (STA), Dynamic Disciplines (DYNB), and Dynamic No Fins (DNF).
The program aims to mainly focus on developing the confidence of individuals, with little to swimming background, in holding their breath for a longer period and navigating underwater to distance on a single breath in a more controlled environment.
The program will cover basic topics of breath holding, pool freediving basics, benefits of pool freediving to depth, and safety guidelines to ensure participants gain the confidence they need for advanced pool freediving training and depth freediving disciplines.
