Sanay - Refinement and Basics Mastery is a continuing basic training program for depth disciplines and is designed to bring new freedivers comfortably down to a maximum depth of 10m for both Free Immersion (FIM) and Constant Weight (CWTB) disciplines.
This basic training level program for depth disciplines provides more context on the skills acquired from any introductory courses, allowing new freedivers to refine their skills through more simplified techniques and build good muscle memory for efficiency.
The program also serves as a preparation for Linya | Basics of Depth and Rescue program, which requires a dive comfortability of 10m for both FIM and CWT.
